Read the full message

We package our programs and services to assist our claim-holders with their needs, and not to simply provide. It is our duty as public servants to ensure that help is available without taking away their dignity as able citizens of our country.

We realize this by enabling the public to take an active role in family development and nation building. Doing this alone is difficult and nearly impossible. That is why we champion convergence with other national agencies, provincial and local governments, civil society organizations, people’s organizations, and non-government organizations.

Together, let us improve one life, one family, and one community at a time, and create ripples of positive change toward a resilient and people-driven nation that is worth living for. It is with great honor that we serve the people of Central Luzon.

Venus F. Rebuldela Regional Director, DSWD FO III
